Hi everyone,
Today We got to Skype with Gail and Paige. Brie and Paige talked for about 2 hours and Brie ended up talking with a slight accent... it was very funny!!! Drew and I had a good time giggling at her.
Gail told us that Shelby had the opportunity to teach yesterday (our today). He loves to teach so I am sure it was a huge blessing! She said 60 people got saved!!! I can't wait to hear all the details. Then last night they showed the movie Passion of the Christ and 30 more got saved. The guys must be on a high! I am so excited that God has been working and that the guys have gotten to be a part of this.
Gail said she has never heard of so many salvation's except in the book of Acts :) Way to go God! We are also so thankful for all the pastor training that they have done all week. All of these new converts will have pastors to lead them.
The team is leaving Lesotho tomorrow. We are still praying for good weather so that the roads can be driven on. They have a full day of travel tomorrow and then another half day on Saturday. I am hoping we can Skype with Shelby on Saturday evening. We are all looking forward to seeing his face.
I am thankful for the bond with the Strauss family already. How wonderful the body of Christ is!!! He continues to blow me away with His care for us!
